At the heart of MINIMO Studio’s Inventive Collective is Tinker Coffee, our in-house roaster.

This is where every big idea starts, and where plenty of not-so-brilliant ones are brewed too — because let’s face it, the best (and the worst) decisions usually happen around a good cup of coffee.

At our warehouse, the floor beneath your feet isn’t just flooring — it’s the core fabric of MINIMO. MINIMO Tiles are our way of reimagining Miami modern, one surface at a time:

• Terrazzo Floors: timeless speckles reinterpreted with pastel palettes and bold modern cuts.

• Hydraulic Cement Tiles: handcrafted geometry, strong enough to hold both footsteps and stories.

• Breeze Blocks Reimagined: bringing bygone-era designs back into the present with a playful MINIMO twist.

The tile is more than material — it’s the language of MINIMO design. Every property, every corner, every pastel detail begins with the textures we create in-house. It’s not just a floor: it’s a philosophy underfoot.

Designed for travelers on the move, Petit Voyage isn’t just a set of amenities — it’s a souvenir of experience. Guests can purchase and take them home with a modest charge, keeping the brand alive long after checkout.
